　　针对金属氧化物避雷器存在的发热缺陷原因，结合国内外近年来运行经验，做好防范措施：

　　（1）在选择避雷器时，其氧化锌阀片的设计、选材及装配过程的密封、检漏非常重要，特别是高阻层的致密性、耐潮性和绝缘性能关乎着运行过程中性能的稳定，把好导致避雷器热缺陷的第一关。

　　（3）要做好避雷器的防污措施，如定期进行清扫或涂抹防污闪RTV，避免因绝缘外套污秽而造成散热不良和电场分布不均匀。
