金属氧化物避雷器发热缺陷检测及处理方案分析

Accurate temperature measurement using infrared technology in a substation 110 kv bus II arrester test, found that B phase arrester present hot trend, this article carried on the thorough analysis to this.   1 避雷器热缺陷基本情况 The basic condition of the lightning arrester thermal defect   110kV II母线所采用的避雷器为YH10WZ-100/200型无间隙氧化锌避雷器,内部由氧化锌阀片串联叠装而成直接承受电网运行电压,正常情况下氧化锌阀片具有较高的涌流能力和非线性特征,绝缘外套由硅橡胶和高强度环氧玻璃纤维套管制成。该避雷器户外配置,常年经受雨雪、污秽及温度变化的影响,运行环境较为恶劣,试验人员8月27日在红外精确测温时发现B相避雷器中上部存在发热,最高温度达34.9℃,下部温度29.6℃,单节温差较大,并对3相避雷器进行了带电测试:A相全电流0.607mA、阻性电流峰值0.094mA,B相全电流0.709mA、阻性电流峰值0.111mA,C相全电流0.613mA、阻性电流峰值0.097mA。 110 kv bus bar of II type arrester YH10WZ - 100/200 no clearance zinc oxide lightning arrester, internal composed of zinc oxide valve series overstow run directly under grid voltage, under normal circumstances zinc oxide valve with high flow ability and nonlinear characteristics, insulation coat made of silicone rubber and high strength epoxy glass fiber casing.
