避雷器热缺陷基本情况

110kV II母线所采用的避雷器为YH10WZ-100/200型无间隙氧化锌避雷器,内部由氧化锌阀片串联叠装而成直接承受电网运行电压,正常情况下氧化锌阀片具有较高的涌流能力和非线性特征,绝缘外套由硅橡胶和高强度环氧玻璃纤维套管制成。该避雷器户外配置,常年经受雨雪、污秽及温度变化的影响,运行环境较为恶劣,试验人员8月27日在红外精确测温时发现B相避雷器中上部存在发热,最高温度达34.9℃,下部温度29.6℃,单节温差较大,并对3相避雷器进行了带电测试:A相全电流0.607mA、阻性电流峰值0.094mA,B相全电流0.709mA、阻性电流峰值0.111mA,C相全电流0.613mA、阻性电流峰值0.097mA。

停电后将故障避雷器拆除并剥离复合外套,对整体氧化锌阀片进行了直流试验,剥除复合外套后0.75倍U1mA的泄漏电流值由原来的204uA下降到150uA,但是仍超出50uA的状态检修试验规程标准。

将氧化锌阀片外的环氧树脂外包壳分节切割和拆除,并注意了内部结构的保护。解体后发现氧化锌阀片外绝缘层皮存在鼓胀现象,可见抽真空时可能存在密封不严。剥开外绝缘皮,发现氧化锌阀片从上至下的四分之三区域存在白色粉末物体,并且只是分布在一侧,并没有散布在整体外表面,由红外图谱与氧化锌阀片可见光照片对比可以看出,发热阀片范围和白色粉状物分布范围存在一致的对应关系,均是自高压端至下的三分之二,并且红外图谱显示避雷器在某一侧温度是最高的36.4℃,其他侧面温度相对较低2~3℃。
